Freelance Services

If you are looking for a real person to write, edit, or translate a document or even just text snippets, I’d love to help!

I work with plagiarism-averse clients, people who do not want their original content to either come from or be saved in any generative AI’s data set.

An old manual typewriter I do not use AI tools - you can be confident that any confidential or sensitive or private content I work on is not shared with third parties or AI systems. Where possible, I use OpenOffice applications as Office365 and Google Workspace both ingest content.

Please contact me to discuss your requirements - I’d be happy to provide you with an offer.

Freelance services offered

  • Writing: course content, articles, books, especially IT, technical and medical documents.
  • Editing and proofreading: any content so that it is clear and accessible to your audience.
  • Reference checking: especially for generated content as AI tools fabricate fake references.
  • Translation from German to English: especially technical, IT and medical texts.
  • Language coaching (English): an archive of self-study and teaching material, puzzles, writing and conversation prompts. Online via Patreon.
  • Weaving and painting commissions: available via my Ko-fi shop.

Work with me on Upwork , or request a private offer based on your requirements.

“I can highly recommend Kymberly as a great editor of texts of any complexity. When it comes to medical manuscripts, she doesn’t only fix the grammatical errors, she also goes the extra mile to get into details to understand the contents of the text she is working with. Kymberly is very attentive to details and diligent in her work.”
Dr. Elena Efimova, Facharzt, Herzzentrum in Leipzig GmbH

“Kym edited my PhD thesis and did such a wonderful job, making sense out of the different modes of referencing, sorting out my many grammatical errors and making some excellent suggestions. I found her so easy to work with, knowledgeable, responsive to my questions and supportive through the entire process, thanks Kym! you’ve made my thesis so much better!”
